just a little post to get this off my chest…

About two years ago my mother died. I took a day off when she decided to refuse further care, worked my full shift the day I got the call to say she had passed and took the day off her funeral off. A month or two later, her sister passed, my aunt and mother to a cousin who really helped me a lot through my mother's passing. I took one day off to go to her funeral. A few days later I had to have a talk with my boss. He was concerned because a coworker (I don't know for sure which one, but I only work with about 8 people and only 2 have overlap with tasks with me) was very concerned I had become unreliable to come to work. I assured my boss that the only relative I had still living was my father so I would not be taking more than another day for time off for funerals.

I'm still furious.
