I'm a student in college and I often feel very busy because of my classes. Even though I feel like I'm taking less than my peers are, I'm pretty heavily overburdened with work. Enough that I am working on it everyday but still sometimes just barely meeting deadlines.
The problem is though that to move out I need to be able to have a job for at least 6 months (for rent) and to at least start to try to get some money to save towards it.
But the past two times I've managed to get jobs under the guise of part-time or “weekend only”, it never was that. I'd have that in my computer as my availability but they would schedule me for five days a week, or considerable overtime (like opening to closing).
I feel jaded into worrying that every job I apply to for part-time is going to be like that.
