Just blew up on my boss

Found out a kid that works with me makes almost twice as much for the same job. And he’s been working here less than half the time I have. Fuming. That’s the only word I have right now. On top of that our boss has been telling him not to discuss pay. And when it was discussed today my co worker was scolded for it. Fuck working in America
