I have told them about how I am being referred to a rheumatologist, that I am constantly hurting. They keep saying they couldn't afford to lose me that they would work with me and today I was by myself up front and the manager was just standing there watching me try to keep up saying I needed to take an order faster. We had bad reviews so they said the first 5 people to post 5 star reviews would get a special limited edition shirt without actually addressing the causes of the bad reviews. I am one of those people that actually cares about quality and customer service and it felt like an uphill battle. So many companies these days care more about profits than the humans that work for them or the customers they serve.
