I'm a desktop/product support tech looking for a 100% remote WFH job.
Phone rings, but it's marked as spam, but I answer it anyway because I'm waiting one another offer to call me back.
Recruiter on the other end of the line takes about 10 seconds with background mic fumbling sounds.
Recruiter tells me the company name to fast to understand and a one line sentence on the job that is too fast to understand.
I tell the recruiter, I am only interested in 100% WFH jobs.
Recruiter tells me, yep this job is 100% remote that requires you to come into the office from time to time.
I tell the recruiter I am only interest on jobs that I don't have to leave the house for.
Recruiter says, yes, of course there are 2 positions, one is hybrid and the other is full remote.
I Tell her, “Okay sounds good.”
Recruiter says, “Okay can you make a zoom meeting tomorrow to explain what the job is?”
Me: “No, i would rather you send me documentation on what the job is first so I don't waste our time.”
Recruiter says: “Sorry we don't do that.”, and then hangs up.”
Did I just dodge some kind of scam?
