You may not like to hear this, but it is through hard work and determination. I see a lot of complaints on here but this is the truth. A bit of overtime here, a few missed breaks there and some unsociable hours and it all paid off. People nowadays wonder why their careers are stagnating but then also moan about having to do one tiny thing outside of their job description.
Sure, my employer offers a few benefits such as 30 days paid leave plus 8 bank Holidays, unlimited sick pay, flexible working, great work-life balance, competitive salary, annual bonus, wellness days, remote working, full medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance up to 20x salary, free gym membership, personal development plans, internal secondments and 10% pension contribution but this is completly irrelevant
Your incentive should be having a job in the first place. Now go and be the best version of yourself and earn it.
