I've been trying to find a better seo marketing role than I currently have (pay is shit) and just got offered a position with great pay and benefits. Only issue is they want at least two references who supervised me and I don't want to use my current job in case this new job falls through. I do have previous experience but it's been years since I worked at the other companies so not sure they'd even remember me, much less speak glowingly. What do I do?
