I know this has been happening everywhere to everyone and it’s finally happened to us-the dreaded notice of rent increase. I’m posting here bc I guess I just want to throw a tantrum about how this is so unfair and I thought you all would get it. As I’ve never owned a house, and I really want to understand, what are the related costs that could be going up for a homeowner that they feel justified in raising the rent on their tenants?
