Had my annual review for the job I moved across the country for. I had asked for an assistant manager position as our last assistant manager left to finish grad school. Was denied that title, but given the manager on duty title instead. So when the actual manager is gone I'm in charge. Either way, I got a $2 raise, which works out to be enough to cover my rent increase. I'll still be poor, but at least I'll be able to keep my apartment.
