I just finished an interview with a local franchise craft company. Applied for a listed Full Time position. Was told during the interview that they don’t offer many FT positions so there will be a 90day PT period until I can move to FT.
Now I’m feeling that once the Holidays are over and hit the 90 days I’m expecting to get laid off.
Is this normal franchise behavior or am I right about getting screwed before I begin?
Bonus fact: First thing the manager said to me was they are cleaning because they failed their health inspection
