Just need to rant about stuff my job is pulling

My work has been playing this whole “we’re super flexible and we put the mental health of our employees first,” game. We had our quarterly check ins to at we do with our supervisors on a worksheet. It’s supposed to be flexible and we could fill it out however we wanted because they are our individual goals. Flash forward to now, we are getting feedback on our goals. Essentially, I was told that my goals weren’t good enough and were basically “maintaining my program,” rather than expanding, even though my goals were how I was planning on getting more participation for my damn program. So guess who is expected to fix this on their week off and is expected to “flex some time,” when I get back? I’m super annoyed and I wonder if anyone else on our team sees through this. I’d dish it out with other co-workers, but…
