Just pulled my application from 2 job postings on account of their use of stupid PI tests.

Those stupid behavioral cognitive tests where they give you 12 minutes to answer FIFTY (50) questions that consist of mathematical word problems, fraction questions, and other things. I am in a fortunate enough position where I can be choosy about who and what gets my energy as far potential jobs. I am applying for writing positions. There is a reason I did not get a math degree. There is a reason I write. These assessments just seem like an underhanded way to discriminate. I suspect I am neurodivergent for a lot of reasons and THIS SHIT is infuriating. I do not want to be measured by some bullshit that has nothing to do with my position. I can understand brief writing and proofreading or editing assessments and will gladly take those or submit writing samples. I will not fucking entertain this canned half baked dog shit excuse to data mine…

I will not fucking entertain this canned half baked dog shit excuse to data mine and inaccurately pigeonhole candidates. It's a waste of time. It's cheap. And people are so much more than their data.
