Just quit a grossly underpaid job

As the title says, I just quit my job by doing a no call no show. I started working for a local gas station about two and a half months ago and here are the quick pointers that led to me saying f this There is only two employee's, plus a GM and Assistant manager Both of the other employee's half ass the job but all that happens is I do what the shift before me didn't do on top of what the shift after me won't do plus my own duties. The pay is absolute crap Two days ago I was forced to come in even though I could bareley get out of bed from being so sick because the manager didn't deem me sick enough For the past two weeks almost everyday I have been asked to come in two hours early, but the day I mentioned above…

There is only two employee's, plus a GM and Assistant manager

Both of the other employee's half ass the job but all that happens is I do what the shift before me didn't do on top of what the shift after me won't do plus my own duties.

The pay is absolute crap

Two days ago I was forced to come in even though I could bareley get out of bed from being so sick because the manager didn't deem me sick enough

For the past two weeks almost everyday I have been asked to come in two hours early, but the day I mentioned above where I was sick I had to fight my assistant to let me go early by like an hour and to do so I had to spend my last hour in the walk in cooler

We're expected to nom stop be moving and stocking for ten hours straight and if we get caught at the register for more than a second before or after a customer arrives at the counter we get lectured about “hovering”. Like I 100 percent get not wanting us to be lazy, but I'm sorry I'm not going to go through a ten hour panic attack just to make up for everyone else's lack of work ethic

There are absolutely no employee discounts on food, gas, drinks and employee's are threatened (by the company not the managers) to be fired if caught getting free water cups.

There was no form of actual training it was all by word of mouth and we were expected to memorize the giant list of technical things to do in a week, the assistant manager was just completely baffled when I brought up making detailed how-to notes instead of just vague ones

Aaaand I think that about covers it, sorry for the rant but holy hell after being sick and up for over 25 hours straight while doing a graveyard shift I had to get this off my chest.
