Just quit my retail job and got a WFH job for double the money, any advice you could give?

Basically the title, I have worked in food service and retail for around 15 years, and I just scored a WFH call center job for twice the yearly income I make currently. Funnily enough, I have zero experience working from home and zero experience in a call center. (I do have a degree and a shit ton of customer service experience). Based on all of the contact I have had with the hiring team and HR, the company seems extremely laid back, but I am still super nervous because I’m worried it will be hard to find my groove in this new work environment. Is there any advice you could give before I start to help me navigate this new career path?
