In the breakroom a temp just lectured me for 15 straight minutes about why billionaires are going to save us, Amazon workers pee in bottles because they want to for attention, Texas is the place to be, the space race is good for manufacturing jobs and not a waste of resources… etc. He wants to move to Texas but is sad that nurses don't make more money there.
I mentioned never wanting to live in the south because of the healthcare and education situation. Got told “maybe you should go get a bachelor's and educate yourself.”
My reply: I don't think I need a third one, seems like gilding the lily a bit.
