I worked at Staples and last night was the last straw. I had a customer call in , her son died. She was having issues printing pictures from her phone. I told her we had the facilities to do it. Wellshe comes in and she is crying asked for my manager.
She needed to print thirty files. Mind you the phone call was two.minutes tops. My manager comes over to my register asked me did I say we could help her. I told him she had pictures on her phone and asked if we could print them. She did not elaborate on how technically challenged she was. He chastises me in front of another customer. The other customer says” Your manager is a jerk !!”
I told her it's my last day. I finished my shift, and I have two more days scheduled this week. I decided enough is enough. I'm not giving notice and blocked them from calling or texting me !!!! Screw them !!!
