I just need somewhere to vent because my heart is so sad.
I’m nearly done with my first year in college to be an elementary school teacher. I work with kids a lot and they deserve so much. I just wanted to make a difference in their life.
But with gas prices, rent, groceries, just living being so expensive in America, it’s looking like I’ll have to drop out of school. Can’t afford to work part time, can’t work full time and still make it to all my classes.
Once I graduate, I’ll make shit money and just owe the government thousands of dollars in interest alone for school loans.
I’m so sick and tired of this. I just wanted to help kids who need it.
