I worked for this company for a year and the whole time I wasnt even doing the job I applied for, and while busting my ass working overtime when they asked for it and getting big money jobs out on time some close to a million dollars even I was lied to,talked down to and taken advantage of because I was young. When i finally asked if could be moved up to the position I applied for I was told I didnt do anything to get noticed and they werent just gonna give me the job. I proceeded to grab all my things and shake everyones hand and tell them goodbye So I could atleast leave on a good note with some co workers. Well I continued to call some of my co workers every now and then to talk and today one of them told me that since i’ve left more people quit or retired, they cant find replacement’s and they have 20 million dollars in backlog. Thats what fucking happens when you don’t treat employees well and don’t make yourselves competitive in the job market.
