Keep your annual performance reviews.

If you do get an annual review from your employer ask to see a copy of your review in writing, get a copy, or take a picture of it. I get not everyone gets one. But a copy can save your ass if the company goes under or if there’s falling out with the company. Keep your copies, put them in a folder. I usually save the copies and hand copies of mine out or forward them to interviewing managers.
