OK so I’ve been a long time lurker of this sub Reddit and I have finally decided to post. My girlfriend essentially manages a kindercare location And the bullshit that can be seen at the various levels of management is absolutely infuriating. First off, lots and lots and lots of licensing issues. Ratio issues, being under ratio, over ratio with the amount of kids versus the amount of staff available. Lack of respect and empathy for staff. There’s only one person at this particular location that could be considered my girlfriend‘s boss and that boss is sad on numerous occasions that she doesn’t care about any of the staff that work there that have been there for years whereas my girlfriends been there for six months and confided in her not to tell everybody. I just wanted to say that if you are reading this and you have children enrolled in a kinder care facility that you understand how poorly they’re ran most of the time. They don’t allow their staff to have the corporate number, they don’t allow staff to have your bosses boss number and they attempt to prohibit talking about wages on the job. Her and her staff are currently trying to get one of the big bosses fired for how poor of a leader she actually is. She’s pretty much who this post is dedicated about.
