In 2 years never got a lunch break. Submitted all punches to court to show this.
Never got paid overtime. Submitted copies of all paystubs to show this.
Had to wait till normal payday to receive final paycheck. Submitted paystubs to show this.
Never got breaks. Can’t prove this, except to show punches for normal shifts that demonstrate how only one person would be on duty for morning shift, one person on duty for afternoon shift.
