Saw a post about “worst jobs” on FB. Got me thinking about worst jobs in my life and I couldnt decide on which job sucked more.
Guitar Center- fired me for “low sales” then I found out the manager was returning my sales in the computer and reselling them under his name to get the big bonuses.
Target- worked as a cart collector and was left at night outside after closing and locked doors. That forced me into late clock-outs. The whole ”5th hour” thing. When I told HR the issue they said ”oh come on we would never do anything to compromise your time and our policies”
Bass Pro Shops- this place posted a schedule, denied us printed copies for some reason and has a strict “no phones” policy. They started writing me up for “no shows” on days I was scheduled off. So I started taking pics of the schedule with my phone. Next time they tried to write me up, I showed a picture of the schedule and they tried to write me up for using a phone. I bailed. Never again.
