This is a throwaway account because I don't want my employer to know who I am. My employer doesn't allow for meal breaks. It used to be (before this week) that we would get 15-20 minutes every two hours. However, now they are only allowing 10 minutes every two hours. This isn't enough time to eat. What are my options here?
