Yeah well no one is hiring apprentice for any trade and if you don’t need an apprenticeship you need 5-10 years experience for an entry level job with entry level pay and shit work life balance.I’ve seen an entry level job asking for 5 years minimum with a training list that puts the bible to shame for 22$ an hr for a millwright position……..
I’m a skilled trade worker in automation/mechanical/electrical with a 2 year degree and no one is hiring it’s all fake, I’ve seen jobs on indeed with 700+ applicants after 1 day. It’s a scam.
