I feel like so many jobs go out of the window for me because they ask for four different references, including emails; phone numbers; addresses; work ID….. I hardly have two. I have two solid people I know can back me up without lying, but idk their emails…… I asked them just now but still. I really want to work for my church, they have a lot of job openings but they ask for four references and I don’t have that many. Other places ask for so many too. I just think it’s so ridiculous. My dads resume is so short, with one reference, a solid employer he had for a long time and always has work. But he’s in carpentry so it’s a different game. I just wish I could float around with a resume that only has two job history entries and one reference and be good. Lol
