Laid Off After 3 Weeks

I was just laid off after 3 weeks due to reorganizing within the company and to no fault of my own. I was told that my position was completely eliminated due to rising interest rates and inflation, thus my position was flagged. This was a 9-5 full-time salary position with benefits. Yes, it was an “at will” situation but this seems so fucked on so many levels. I left my previous full-time job after 3 years to make the switch. To make matters worse, I trained someone at my old job to take over for me, so it's not like I have a spot to go back to. How the hell does this even happen? Not even a 2 weeks notice. Completely blindsided.

What should I do? Can I sue? Do I have any rights in this situation?

Thanks for any advice.
