Third quarter results were announced a week ago and we exceeded the earnings forecast. I was the most senior person on my team, that seems to have been a trend. We just hired a new replacement engineer on our team in August for someone that left at the beginning of June. HR told me I was welcome to apply for opened positions as I wasn't fired for performance or other issues. This seems to be a culling of seniority. I should have left last year when the market was super hot.
