It’s my last week and since notice I’ve had to put down everything I know about systems and vendors I’ll call them.. like if they need to hire someone they can just read up on what to do. I’ve purposely left out information. The point hiring someone experience is they know crap! It took me years to know it all and also eating humble pie to find out this information. It that doing less work for about the same pay was able to snatch me up. Can’t wait for my week is up so I can be on the receiving end of being trained. An employee should not be training higher ups.
