After 45 consecutive days worked (we work 3 12's fri sat sun) you can get a raffle ticket. This raffle ticket is combined with everyone else who got one for 45 consecutive days. IF you win you get one day off PTO. How fucking rude honestly, to stand there at double/triple our salaries on Easter and say this to us.
