My job was bought out by a company 2 years ago and now they announced layoffs will happen in 7 months to close the facility and move from Cali to another country. During this they gave everyone one on ones to for what would be the options come June some got retention and severance! I’ve been there 4 years and got a shitty severance. The thing is it’s been 3 weeks and they haven’t given us any of this in writing but they have all ready brought the replacements over to train. Like me my coworkers don’t know how we should handle this
