I (very) recently started a new job in an assisted living facility, and it’s already obvious it’s not a good fit. Every employee from cleaners to management is always miserable and talking shit about each other. Working with the residents has been enjoyable but it doesn’t outweigh a terrible staff.
I’ve never quit a job so soon before, and because I’m still in training (not yet med certified) I basically can’t do anything but follow people around. Does anyone have any experience/advice around leaving a job at this stage?
