Lesson learned!
The job was advertised as hybrid, I applied, interviewed and got it. Great, right!?
Fast forward to now, I've been sick for the better part of a month, begging to get on this hybrid schedule and it turns out I don't qualify.
My only option, as i am still under the 90 day probationary period, is to go on disability while i get my health under control.
Failed to mention that my supervisor told me that I am making up my health issues, even with proof from doctors, emergency rooms, procedures. And that I should show up to work sick and be sent home so they know it's real.
I finally learned the lesson – these jobs don't care about you, your health or your bills.
Hospital setting – go figure.
