Legal Advice Suing Boss

This is gonna be a long one and I could really use you guys advice. It has been nothing but a nightmare working for my boss the last 3 years. I'm the General Manager of his restaurant and this is a quick summary of the shady things he has done or made me do 1.Told me not to hire obese people and to fire multiple obese employees for no real reason, just for being big. 1.Told me not to hire obese people and to fire multiple obese employees for no real reason, just for being big. (I refused to fire anybody for that so he had a hourly manager under me do it behind my back)

2.Was told by kitchen manager at the time he was told not to hire Black people and was also told by another source that also works for him they were told not to hire Black people.(Mind you I am black so he would never say it to my face. I'm really great at what I do so please don't say why would he hire you if he were racist)

  1. My entire store was promised and told they would receive a $200 stay on bonus since the employees working there were going to be jobless for a month because of the building getting worked on. When it was time to pay all the employees that stayed the bonus, the number was suddenly switched to $100 which infuriated the staff which 70% of them end up quitting because of it.

  2. Inappropriately touching numerous employees, which include both men and women and even young girls and teenage girls. He calls one of my employee’s “his pet” and she is a 15-year-old teenage girl in high school.

5.Lied about my pay, off time, and funds I was supposed to receive.

  1. Was forced and threatened to make employees claim tips they didn’t actually make so he didn’t have to pay them.(I have more theft wage shady things he has done or forced me to do.)

7.Was told if I quit he would have me killled(Was also told to Kitchen manager at the time)

I have proof and 20+ witnesses for every single thing I said. My advice would be how would I go about this situation? Some of the proof I have text messages and audio recording and other proof I have is witnesses. Mind you I still work for the man
