Legal Question – WFH!!

When I was hired, we were 100% remote. When I was offered the job, I asked what the office hours are and she said we are remote. She did not say currently remote or anything that would indicate remote work would end. 6 months later we are forced to return to the office full time. I have looked through all of the office policies and guidelines as well as the union contract and there is no mention of any specified office hours or expectation of work location. Legal advice?? Do I have a case?
