I am less productive since returning back to the office because my desk is in a high traffic area and everyone stops to ask me questions, shoot the shit, or whatever. I was in a virtual meeting the other day (headphones on) and a fellow employee came to my desk, waved at me, just to say that she spilled some coffee and asked if I could call custodial care… I had a sign on my desk that clearly said “in a meeting, do not disturb”.
Does anyone else seem less productive since returning to the office?
