So I got a job as a yard/forklift job at a home improvement store. Started last Friday noticed that I was set as part time even tho I was seeking full time as this company has insurance like my old one had said something the hr lady said she would look into it, to be told oh ya we always hire part time and promote to full time…… because of this I can't leave my other job told her that and she said that's fine. Go in today to be told I was only hired because I was available 40hrs a week And that is what they need from me but will not give me full time classification also told I had to fill out a voluntary leave form.
