Not what you get paid, but how much do you believe the position you work should pay at a minimum. Then let’s make a list of each position’s average and share a list on all social media. If we all campaigned for this, we can make a change towards decent wages. Our strength is in numbers. Even if we are partially successful, it’s a win.
