Lidl warehoyse Manager forcing 1500 pickrate per day + clean up + inventory

I'm (20m) working at a warehouse Lidl France 5 days a week 7 hours a day only 20mins break per day, paid only 1400€ after tax per month not counting overtime.. It's been 2 months since I've started as an absolute beginner with no experience in warehouse work at all since they recruted me through the government employment agency made for desperate teens/kids like me which is pretty predatory imo since I was put in a situation where I couldn't really say no to the job. So I basically learned everything solo and adapted quickly while on the fly since nobody was available to train me, I work in a refigerated sector for meat/fish so it's pretty cold and have to wear a thick jacket that limits my movement and since I've started till now my pickrate has steadily increased from 600 to 1200 per day, but my manager doesn't…

It's been 2 months since I've started as an absolute beginner with no experience in warehouse work at all since they recruted me through the government employment agency made for desperate teens/kids like me which is pretty predatory imo since I was put in a situation where I couldn't really say no to the job.

So I basically learned everything solo and adapted quickly while on the fly since nobody was available to train me, I work in a refigerated sector for meat/fish so it's pretty cold and have to wear a thick jacket that limits my movement and since I've started till now my pickrate has steadily increased from 600 to 1200 per day, but my manager doesn't seem to aknowledge my steady improvement and has been nagging me over and over again 4 times a day like a broken record that I need to reach a 1500 pickrate per day and expects me to count the inventory + cleanup the sector ontop of that and said it's “non negociable” even though i haven't talked back to him at all, as if the guy has some sort of personal vendetta against me, like dude I am not paid enough for that shit, legit everytime our sector has struggled to reach the daily objective it's due to us being understaffed because of poor management or scheduling and then they expect us to take on the workload of multiple people like wtf.
Legit I'm already feeling overworked and my body being burned out after two months and I don't know how to make this situation any better expecting me to just jump from 1200 to 1500 per day will legit break me. My other colleagues that are able of reaching that goal have way more experience than me and have been there for at least a year and even they don't do 1500 every single day.
