Lied about high school diploma on a job, got an offer and they want to do a background check. Did I shoot myself in the foot?

Throwaway for obvious reasons. Long story short, I dropped out of 11th grade due to family issues and never bothered to go back. I've been working in office jobs with accounting firms as a temp for almost 7 years. My current assignment wants to buy me out and make me full time. My resume has me graduating my school. Today I was sent an offer letter and a form to sign, saying I authorize them to do a background check and a drug test. The background check asked me for previous employers for the last 3 years, home addresses for the last 3 years and then my education. I “graduated” highschool a little over 8 years ago. The background check they're using is “instascreen.net” but when I go to that website, it becomes TazWorks. How fucked am I with this? How fucked am I with this? The position is not anything big at all, just normal office/accounting work, that will have a supervisor, manager and boss I report to. I've had to do background checks before with my temp agencies and I've been on plenty of assignments through the years. My last background check with my temp agency was Profile Advantage that asked for 7 years of history for work/housing and then school and I passed that one. This time though, I don't know, I just feel a general unease that I may have fucked myself with getting hired full time because of the high school diploma.
