If you're an employer, and you're going to post your job on LinkedIn, or ANY job site for that matter, post your PHREAKIN PAY. You'll get way more applicants IF you're paying a decent wage, or if people who REALLY need work, to the point of taking ANYTHING they can get, come across it. I just filtered jobs for the LOWEST salary filter amount on LinkedIn, which is 40k. 99% of the jobs I found didn't post their salary/pay, and a solid 93% are THE SAME COMPANY WHO DOESN'T PUT PAY ON ANY OF THEIR JOB POSTINGS. This will make it easier on people looking for a certain salary or pay, and it will make it easier for employers who actually list their pay to get candidates who are expecting that pay amount/range. Also, if you're not giving your employees like a 10% raise right now, YOU'RE SLASHING THEIR PAY. Rant over.
