Let's start a running list of companies bringing their employees back into office full-time or close to full-time needlessly. I am a knowledge worker who does not collaborate with anybody on site. My entire team is at other sites and I'm going to be sitting in a cubicle on meetings all day anyway. Now I'm going to have to do it in a dirty office with no windows or natural light. Now I'm going to have to suffer through an open concept office where I can't concentrate. My company does not care at all about my individual needs or the things making it difficult for me to come in the office full time.
