System Administration & User Support

System Administration, User Support, Training, and project work.  

You will work within a fast paced serial production environment, in a small and highly skilled Team.  The environment is mostly Windows server 2007-2019, SQL Server, Windows 7,10,11 desktops and Microsoft 365.

The technical;

• Computing related undergraduate degree preferable but not essential
• Experience and skilled on general IP based networking
  • Good understanding on electrical properties of network cabling
  • Understanding of CAT5/6 and Fiber Use Cases and properties 
• Windows 2019 Server / Active Directory general administration (File/Print/Security)
• Terminal server and VDI environments
  • Parallels RAS (Remote Application Server)
• Switch configuration (VLANs, upgrades, other)
• Security system exposure (access: Inner Range Integriti planned)
• Surveillance / camera network experience (Milestone being implemented)
• Network device exposure (fixed scanners, DCU/Mobile devices)
• Industrial network exposure (network only, no PLC programming)
• EdgeMAX Switches, UISP Wireless and Unifi WIFI (Ubiquiti)
• NAS device management (Qnap and Windows)
• Windows 10,11 and Microsoft Office Suite support (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Mobile device management and configuration (Intune, Android)
• Industrial hardware exposure (PLC / SCADA network support) 
• Manufacturing shop-floor exposure
  • Food Safe, and corrosive environments 
• Microsoft365 administration
• Microsoft365 power platform familiarity
  • Exchange administration
  • SharePoint administration
  • Teams administration
  • Security and Compliance administration
• PowerShell scripting exposure / experience
• Hyper-V and VMware understanding
• WatchGuard Firewall  basic admin 
• Sophos Endpoint protection and management
• Honeywell SCADA management
• Industrial X ray maintenance

• Physically able to investigate faults and move IT and install equipment in difficult locations including heights, essential. 
• Current Drivers license 

Obtaining a Q-Fever vaccination is mandatory in our industry.
