Long hour exhaustion

To start I’m a corporate security officer (sergeant ,evening supervisor) and frankly my hours suck. Being second in command it falls on me to cover hours when needed. So to avoid confusion I’ll say that our site contract has us do contractual hours. So we have to hit a certain number of hours per week regardless of how many bodies we have. Which is proving a hassle haven’t had any one apply in over a year. Which for 16 I can understand why not.

I’d leave for something better but unfortunately where I am there really isn’t (least related to my field)
