When getting a job look out for union bashing. Record it if you can and send it to the labor board. Its becoming a big illegal operation among companies like kroger and home depot. They'll lie and say “you cant share your wages!” Or “youl be fired if you unionize!” Both are illegal scare tactics.
The even worse thing they've been doing in some places is implementing fake unions where the rep is loyal to corporate and looks the other way when employees are being abused… it happened in the ups warehouse that i used to work at. The union rep was absolutely useless!
