I got curious and am actually happy with my employer, but, without going into details, it's a bit unstable, so I decided to keep an eye on the job market. I am very worried. I get it, the position I do is low wage (bit over minimum wage, so it's not a minimum wage job), but it's still insane. You are not working full time, but are expected full time availability. Make it make sense.
