Looking for a new job after 6 years.

On mobile, sorry for any formatting issues. I work for an home insurance company in Florida. Yes, I’ve heard it all. Insurance rates are through the roof, etc. People using sketchy public adjusters and contractors are to blame for over-inflating claims. Anyway, this company was actually a good place to work for a long time, mostly still is. Our company decided very early into the pandemic to make WFH a permanent option and pay is okay and benefits are good. The issue is now we are unstable and it sucks. Several waves of layoffs have happened and now I’m at the point of having to decide to stick it out and keep going OR jump ship and find another job. And the current job market in Florida isn’t great. Lots of jobs that don’t pay squat. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. Sorry for any typos.
