I havent been employed for a few years due to college + the pandemic. I recently applied to a few places and I got two job offers. One job is offering minimum wage while the other is offering 15 cents more. Both jobs are in desperate need (cashier/closers). Neither job really offers any benefits. Same hours of about 20 hours a week is being offered.
How should I go about counter offering? Should I bring up to the other job that I have a better offer for 15c more?
Any advice is welcome as I am new to this and I dont want to be taken advantage of as an employee.
