Hi Antiwork,
I'm a journalist looking for experiences of those who were monitored or watched – via software, recording devices, webcams etc – by their employer during the peak moments of the pandemic and onwards.
Its for a UK magazine about work – People Management magazine – and we're hoping to shed a light on how surveillance has evolved and perhaps got more nefarious, especially for those who work in hybrid or remote way.
Stats suggest its on the rise and getting worse.
Everything can be 100% anonymous. Looking at what's been done, how it made you feel and why employer did this, and how it affected your view of them/relationship with them.
Thanks to anyone that can help!
