I just saw a listing for a job that requires a 4 year degree, 2+ years of experience, ….and pays $15 an hour. The entitlement it takes the require that much and offer that little is insane. Then to claim that the job “isn’t about money, it’s about experience” to an applicant pool of people who need to pay off student loans is almost cruel. I don’t understand why the older generation in this country is insistent on financially fucking over their own kids.
