To tactfully say no thank you. My current employer is hemorrhaging nurses like crazy. They were desperately begging and now have moved on to demanding. How does one tactfully decline a supervisors (not mine) requests for me to accept additional shifts outside of my regularly scheduled 40? Please lend me your wisdom.
